Check Acceptance Services

Businesses can choose to use any of the following check acceptance services:

1. Check Verification: for .15 cents per verification we can program your credit card terminal to dial out a massive negative data base.  If your customer has been passing bad checks or not settled with an agency it will catch them.  There is a $15 monthly minimum charge.
2. Check verification and Guarantee: Includes all of the above but also guarantees the check return for a percentage of the check that varies from 1% to 2% according to industry.  There is a $25 monthly minimum for this service.
3. Check verification, Guarantee and Conversion: Has all of the above features but utilizes an RDM check imager that fully integrates with your credit card terminal to convert a standard check transaction into an electronic transaction.  This eliminates the need to physically handle the checks and insures a steady stream of cash into your checking account even if the check bounces.  The transaction fee is .30 cents rather than .15 cents and the monthly minimum is $25.
4. Payday Program: Accommodates a customer that wants to make a down payment with a check but can't afford the entire payment at the time of purchase.  Instead, he/she pays 20% down and writes two post dated checks spaced two weeks apart.  The service guarantees all the checks for the same costs as above.

Businesses can choose from many generic card styles or design their own.  Gift cards are great to use for loyalty brand marketing and/or employee rewards programs.  Gift cards make in-store electronic refunds and credits simple and quick.  Gift cards are easily activated at the point-of-purchase for any amount.
