Facilities and Storeroom Manager — Supports All Branches
(Full Time)

Responsibilities include:

  • Punctuality, professional conduct, confidentiality, accuracy and diligent performance.
  • Picking up, sorting and delivery of all incoming mail and processing, posting and mailing of all outgoing mail.
  • Maintenance and repairs of bank building, grounds, parking lots and furniture, fixtures and equipment.
  • Hiring and coordinating all outside services needed to perform repairs or maintenance.
  • Receiving bank forms and supplies and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Informing purchasing agent of stock reaching predetermined minimum quantity for re-order.
  • Performing moving tasks, record retention handling and shredding, and distribution of supplies.
  • Serving as bank's courier to all branches and chauffeur as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a fire protection program.
  • Must be capable of lifting one hundred (100) pounds and performing general lifting, bending and moving (physical) tasks.

Senior Lending Assistant — Main Office
(Full Time)

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to prioritize, plan and organize work while remaining flexible to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently performing multiple duties and under strict timelines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Notary or ability to obtain may be required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain credit files for audit. Ensure all documents are scanned and filed in a timely manner.
  • Actions weekly and/or monthly reports regarding past due loans, loan exceptions and financial tracking as directed by Commercial Loan Officers.
  • Assists Commercial Loan Officer with the review, organization, and packaging of documentation prior to loan closing and assists lender with closings as needed.
  • Requests/orders a variety of documentation in support of the lending request such as, title insurance and appraisal/evaluations. Orders loan documents from Loan Administration and prints/reviews before sending to the Commercial Loan Officer.
  • Prepares loan proceed disbursements, pay downs on lines of credit, wire transfers and account transfers on behalf of the commercial customers.
  • Monitors daily overdrafts with the Commercial Loan Officer approval.
  • Prepare and mail letters to customers requesting updated financial information.
  • Work effectively with a diverse group of bank personnel at several levels of the organization in the coordination of commercial application requirements leading up to document delivery.
  • Assist customers with questions concerning existing accounts.
  • Complete credit references.
