Help Desk Support — Main Office
(Full Time)

Job Summary:

  • Provide Help Desk services to FNB and Sister Bank employees including assistance with:
    • network connectivity,
    • printing,
    • MS Office,
    • username and password issues,
    • enrollment in various applications, and
    • all types of issues related to the Bank's information technology hardware and software.
  • Escalate problems to other IT staff, when necessary.
  • Perform a number of daily tasks within the IT department
