Universal Banker — Main Location
(Full Time)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate processing of transactions in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Promote bank products and possess cross-selling, operational and regulatory knowledge of retail services
  • Develop strong customer relationships and learn to recognize customer needs
  • Exhibit the highest level of professionalism in appearance and communications
  • Perform all necessary documentation to open and update complex account relationships (including Business Accounts and HSA's)

Account Services Representative — Main Location
(Full Time)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering and assisting or routing incoming telephone calls
  • Gathering and recording various statistics
  • Reviewing check orders for completion
  • Processing returned mail
  • Reviewing address changes
  • Reviewing and recording bankruptcies
  • Reviewing and reporting on the bank's client information file
  • Checking account and general ledger reconciliations
  • Promote bank products

Mortgage Loan Processor (MLP) — Main Location
(Full Time)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Collect required information from applicants and follow up on missing items
  • Coordinate the ordering of mortgage appraisals and assist with supplying any documentation needed
  • Order title commitments from designated title companies and ensure title commitment is supplied to appropriate loan officer for review
  • Order tax transcripts and social security verification documents
  • Order employment, deposit, mortgage, rent, and insurance verifications for mortgage loan files
  • Responsible for ensuring all documentation is complete and verified for accuracy and compliance with regulatory agencies and internal policies
  • Submit file to underwriting after completion of income calculations and all documentation is obtained
  • Order proof of insurance prior to loan closing
  • Scan documents
  • Meet crucial deadlines
  • Prepare denial letters and cancel files when necessary
  • Maintain pipeline report and notify management of status as needed
  • Prepare various forms and miscellaneous correspondence as needed
  • Assist in researching and balancing general ledger items
  • Answers phones and assists clients, co-workers, or loan officers as needed
  • Keeps abreast of regulations and compliance issues through formal and informal training
  • Promote bank products

Loan Operations Specialist I — Main Location
(Full Time)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review documentation request forms and prepare consumer, commercial, and mortgage loan documentation
  • Verify documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Board commercial, consumer, and mortgage loans
  • Process denied loan applications and prepare adverse action letters
  • Process loan payments
  • Assemble loan files
  • Review and distribute various daily reports
  • Insurance tracing-maintain updated insurance files for all loans
  • Record new documents and review post-closing documents such as deeds of trust, UCC filings, title insurance
  • Complete post booking audit for all loan types
  • Assist in researching customer disputes and customer inquiries
  • Answers phones and assists clients, co-workers or officers
  • Keeps abreast of regulations and compliance issues
  • Prepare and process paid off loans
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws with Bank policies and procedures
  • Promote bank products
