Appraisal Coordinator and Special Projects Assistant — Main Office
(Full Time)

Job Summary:

  • Primary responsibility will be to support the Project Manager with ordering residential and commercial appraisals.
  • Assist in the implementation of new lending support systems including mapping of data, and testing throughout the project cycle.
  • Assist in reviewing transactions and related documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and applicable procedures.

Construction Lending Assistant — Main Office
(Full Time)

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for all administrative functions particular to construction lending and the business banking area.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact and cooperate in a team setting.
  • Must be organized and attentive to detail.
  • Must demonstrate word processing/typing skills. Proficiency in Excel is desired.
  • Project good accounting, composition and grammatical skills.
  • Knowledge in loan documentation or related experience is mandatory.

Marketing and Development Director — Main Office
(Full Time)

Job Summary:

  • Management of marketing, public relations, business development, advertising, community relations, and charitable contributions.
  • Participates in sales management and new product development and research.
  • Ensures a marketing and sales awareness prevails bank-wide.
  • Prepares annual budget for Marketing Department.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Universal Banker — Bayfield Office
(Full Time)

Job Summary:

  • Provide accurate processing of transactions in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Promote bank products and possess cross selling, operational and regulatory knowledge of retail and credit services.
  • Exhibit the highest level of professionalism in appearance, procedure and communications (written and verbal).
  • Develop strong customer relationships and learn to recognize customer needs.
  • Perform all necessary documentation to open and update all account and credit relationships (including Business Accounts, HSA's , and IRA's)
